Shipping Policy

A) Delivery Times

GP Nutraceuticals S.r.l. ships throughout Italy and to all European Union countries using carefully selected express courier services.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days
  • Western Europe (Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Spain, Portugal): 4–7 business days
  • Northern Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland): 5–8 business days
  • Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 6–10 business days
  • Other EU countries (Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are provided for guidance only. Delays caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond GP Nutraceuticals' reasonable control cannot be attributed to the Company.


B) Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within Italy for orders of €30.00 or more.

For orders shipped to other European Union countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.


C) Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.

For orders shipped to other European Union countries, the applicable VAT rate may vary in accordance with local tax legislation and the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) VAT scheme.


D) Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer during the checkout process.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Upon delivery, Customers are advised to verify that:

  • the parcel is intact and undamaged;
  • the number of packages corresponds to the shipping documentation.

Any damage, irregularities or discrepancies should be reported immediately to the courier and notified to GP Nutraceuticals by emailing:

E) Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable and the parcel is returned to GP Nutraceuticals after the courier's delivery attempts, the Customer may request a new shipment, subject to payment of any additional shipping costs.

If the Customer chooses to cancel the order, GP Nutraceuticals will refund the amount paid, less any costs incurred for shipping, return transport and handling.


F) Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly on the courier's website.
