By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website unless otherwise agreed in writing.

GP Nutraceuticals markets food supplements and nutraceutical products under the GP Nutraceuticals brand.
The information provided on the product pages is for informational purposes only and is not intended to replace the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.
Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Minor differences relating to packaging, graphics or colours shall not be considered product defects.
In the event of any discrepancy between product images and the product description, the information contained in the product description shall prevail.
4. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Should one or more products become temporarily unavailable, GP Nutraceuticals will promptly inform the Customer.
The Customer may choose to:

- receive a partial shipment;
- receive a refund for the unavailable product.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before the order is completed.

Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Products must be returned unused, complete, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Unless otherwise required by law, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
