All purchases made through the Website are governed by these Terms & Conditions, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and the applicable legislation governing electronic commerce.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
Customers are encouraged to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order and to retain a copy for future reference.
GP Nutraceuticals reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the Website at the time the order is submitted shall apply to the relevant purchase.
Products
The Website offers food supplements marketed exclusively under the GP Nutraceuticals brand.
Each Product is described in detail on its respective product page.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between a product image and its description, the product description shall prevail.
Ordering Procedure
Customers may purchase Products by following the purchasing procedure available on the Website.
The publication of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation to make an offer to purchase.
Submission of an order constitutes a contractual offer by the Customer and implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Receipt of the order will be confirmed by an automatic confirmation email containing the order number.
Should one or more ordered Products become unavailable, GP Nutraceuticals will notify the Customer before processing the order.
Prices
All prices displayed on the Website include VAT where applicable.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply and shall be borne by the Customer.
Shipping and Delivery
GP Nutraceuticals delivers throughout Italy, the European Union and selected international destinations using express courier services.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only.
Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

Right of Withdrawal

GP Nutraceuticals will reimburse all payments received, including the original standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or until the Customer provides satisfactory proof of their return.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised in relation to individual Products included within the same order.
Returned Products must be substantially intact and suitable for resale.
Exceptions
Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Non-Conforming or Defective Products
All Products sold through the Website comply with applicable European legislation.
Should a Product prove to be defective or non-conforming, Customers should contact:
